“Overall we had a solid Champion Power Equipment Ford F-150, all weekend really, we just weren’t a race winning truck. It’s a lot about track position here, and gutsy restarts. If we were able to steal some track position, I think we could have held them off, but that’s about all we had. What a great day for ThorSport Racing though – all four of our Fords were in the top six. It means a lot that Duke and Rhonda Thorson allow us to come out here and do this. They got one locked-in into the Playoffs now, so that’s good. Congrats to our teammate, Johnny Sauter. Hopefully, we can lock another one in next week at Kansas.”
