“Overall a decent night at Bristol (Motor Speedway). We had to overcome an issue that was shutting the engine off on corner exit in the first Stage, so that was detrimental to our tack position, but the guys did give up. Tyler Shullick actually jumped in the truck, under caution, and swapped the ECU out and we didn’t go a lap down. That alone was a big deal within itself. Our truck had decent speed, we were probably one adjustment away from contending speed-wise. It was tough to pass, but we were able to make the most of it and finish sixth. I can’t thank everyone at ThorSport Racing, and the guys at ADS and Lucas Oil for coming on board. We had a decent night and can’t wait to get to Las Vegas (Motor Speedway) next weekend.”
